University Park to consider TIF district with Allied Systems move
A public hearing discussed a proposed TIF district to support a two building Allied Systems campus on recently annexed land in University Park. The plan, authorized in February and completed in July, envisions a 64 million financing package with completion by September 26, 2017 and debt retirement within 23 years from passage.
