SSAC Awarded Catholic Foundation Grant for Safety Program
The South Suburban Action Conference receives a $20,000 grant from the Catholic Campaign for Human Development. The Hazel Crest group, serving 28 churches and three civic associations, will fund a safety patrol learning center and leadership training for its Mutual Housing Association. The nationwide drive totals $465,000 in the Chicago area.
