PADS Daytime Center Aims to End Homelessness in Chicago Heights

Eugene Jamison, PADS program director, opens a daytime shelter in Chicago Heights to aid homeless families. The project, growing from overnight services, provides intake, job training through POETS, GED help, clinics, and housing support, with goals to end homelessness and someday consolidate all programs under one roof.
