Hope Community Services names new executive director
Anne Brady of Homewood assumed directorship of Hope Community Services in Markham effective November 1. Brady holds a BA from Eastern Illinois University and an MPA from Governors State University and comes from the University of Illinois Cooperative Extension Service. The agency serves the Markham area since 1981 with emergency relief and basic needs, aiding over 3,000 families yearly. Brady plans new programs and invites board and volunteer involvement while noting ongoing services and Christmas Food Basket applications from Star's Project Share.
