Rogers Enterprises to relocate headquarters to Matteson
Rogers Enterprises Inc, owner of Rogers and Hollands Jewelers, moves its headquarters from Park Forest to 20821 S Cicero Ave in Matteson. The firm plans to apply to Cook County for a Class 7 tax reduction, lowering assessment levels from 38 to 16 percent for eight years, then 23 and 30 percent in subsequent years before returning to 38 percent. The 38,179 square foot building was bought in August and will house 100 plus workers after renovations. Juell Kadet, executive vice president, said expansion needs drove the move after 27 years.
