Mall tax breaks on hold for Miller Consolidated
Miller Consolidated asks Matteson Village Board to delay a 35 percent sales tax incentive up to 300,000 until 2000 as six car dealers and a reconditioning center open on a 119 acre site at Interstate 57 and U.S. 30. Two new dealers planned by Aug. 31, 1999 and two more by June 30, 2000 with the village to receive tax revenue during the interim.
