Will County Circuit Clerk Helen Harshbarger unveiled a Voice Information System to cut daily calls beyond 560. The Conversant system handles 48 simultaneous calls and provides 24 seven access to traffic alimony civil and criminal case details via touch tone or spoken requests in English or Spanish.
