Suburban Youth Center Teaches Rules Through Games
In Harvey, youth at the Willie L Jordan Community Center participate four hours daily at an evening reporting center for six weeks. Readiness to follow rules and finish homework is paired with chess, backgammon, and Connect Four, plus talks on drugs and respect.
