Man charged in 1993 Richton Park bowling fire
William Brooks 48 of Walkerton Ind Arrested by ATF Special Agent Kevin Berrigan and Richton Park police Sgt Karl Mormon on arson charges for the Halloween 1993 blaze that destroyed Richton Park Bowling Lanes at 22413 Governors Highway. Fire began about 6:25 am and arson was the initial finding.

Will County grand jury indicts local residents on varied charges
The Will County state's attorney's office lists area residents indicted by a grand jury. Phillip Moeller, 17, of Crete faces cannabis charges on school grounds with delivery counts. Nancy Hannigan, 57, of Frankfort, indicted for aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer after an April 20 arrest. James Pedigo, 35, of Worth, charged with driving with revoked license after an April 21 incident. Timothy Scholl, 21, of DeKalb, indicted for possession of a controlled substance after an April 24 arrest. Scott Adams, 17, of Tinley Park, charged with possession of a controlled substance after a January incident. James Kock, 33, of Monee, indicted on four forgery counts after incidents between Feb 4 and 14. James McCormick, 38, of Crete, indicted for burglary and theft after a March 25 arrest. The office notes arraignments follow indictments as part of the criminal process.
