Auditors flag ESDA funding gaps and personal use Hints
Outside auditors John Hausmann and Patricia Kehoe found missing receipts unclear business justification for purchases and improper use of township credit cards at Rich Township Emergency Services and Disaster Agency ESDA after reviewing April 1982 to January 31. They stated internal controls needed overhaul and will forward findings to the State's Attorney.

Richton Park trustees consider raising the vehicle sticker from 15 to 20 dollars, projecting an extra 28,500 dollars.
