Three face obstruction charges after patient death
Three Tinley Park Mental Health Center workers were charged with obstructing an officer as police continue investigations into a patient death ruled a suicide on Feb. 22. Nurses and technicians allegedly altered accounts to claim a blanket blocked view while the patient used a tourniquet. Court date set for May 6. State Police and department investigators to pursue further actions.
