Stolen Purse Reported at Olympia Fields Gas Station
Police said a purse was reported stolen June 19 from a car at a gas station in the 19800 block of Crawford. Elvis F. Thomas aged 37 of 20445 Attica and Kenneth Smith aged 57 of 3501 Ionia were charged with domestic battery after a June 13 fight in the 3500 block of Ionia. Thomas allegedly bit off Smith’s thumb below the nail. he was treated and released from Olympia Fields Osteopathic Hospital.
