Heard Arrives for Reynolds Hearing May Testimony Followed

Hazardous leak at Dalton railroad yard investigated

Hazardous materials experts investigated a leak from a 50 gallon chemical container in a trailer at the Union Pacific Railroad yard in Dalton. A worker reported a strong gas odor, traced to an odorless chemical used to make other chemicals leaking from one of three containers. The substance posed a fire threat only if ignited and no injuries occurred.
