Supreme Court rejects Baby Richard custody appeal
The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear the Baby Richard custody case, leaving 4-year-old Danny Kirchner in the care of his biological parents Otakar and Daniela Kirchner of Mokena. The Warburtons who had adopted him expressed sadness and indicated no further appeals, while DCFS may review his well being as needed.
