Matteson agency targeted in national airline ticket theft ring
APC News Service reports a coordinated theft ring hit five travel agencies including one in Matteson, stealing about 8,500 blank airline tickets. Investigators say the tickets function as unsigned checks, with value and airline to be filled later, fueling a national black market.
