Park Forest marks its fiftieth with events across Freedom Hall Central Park and North Orchard. Gallery exhibit runs noon to 4 pm at Freedom Hall while Garden Cafe opens at noon, Interfaith service at 2 pm, Kiddie Koral at 3 pm, parade at 6 pm, band performance at 7 pm and fireworks at 9 30 pm. The Fiftieth Anniversary House Museum hours 10 am to 5 pm with a $2 donation. 12 and under admitted free with paying adult. appointments possible.
