Regional Action Project 2000 committees to meet at Governors State

Seven RAP 2000 committees plan meetings at Governors State University to discuss regional health environment transport education jobs and diversity. Volunteers will help draft a strategic plan and funding ideas while addressing improved health care green space pollution reduction educational excellence and a stronger jobs base. Park district sign ups begin this week in Homewood Flossmoor

The Homewood Flossmoor Park District opens winter-spring 1995 registrations Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the High School South Building cafeteria, with forms and payments due that night. Nonresidents register later at Merchants Park and Marie Irwin Community Center, and nonresident processing starts Jan 19.
