A Sunday workshop at Zion Lutheran Church Matteson drew 60 people from seven Circuit 23 congregations including Hope Park Forest Immanuel Matteson Mokena Trinity Tinley Park Christ Orland Park and Zion. Afternoon sessions were led by Gloria Elder Ramona Scarth and Carol Lenk with a Friendship Sunday at 1 PM followed by a member tea at 3 PM for transfers renewals and professions of faith.
