Design work contracts awarded for I-355 extension
The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority awarded design contracts totaling 18.5 million dollars for the I-355 extension from Bolingbrook to New Lenox. Teng and Associates will design a 1.5 mile Des Plaines River bridge, with HNTB Corp Crawford Murphy and Tilly and Dames and Moore also funded. Construction could begin by fall 1995 pending environmental reviews and Gov. Edgar’s approval.

Judge Upholds Illinois Stalking Law Despite Concerns
