Cook County Sheriff Michael Sheahan announced Operation Holiday Cheers netted 114 DUI fugitives at home or work. Many had prior convictions. one, Cynthia Creech, 38, had three DUI offenses and two Illinois licenses. Officers will heighten patrols and conduct two roadside checks with breath devices through New Year’s.
