District 162 School Board approves a three year computer curriculum for grades 2 through 8 with phased implementation and costs estimated between 125 000 and 160 000. The South Cook Schools Committee on Reorganization holds a special 7:30 p.m. meeting at Rich South High School to discuss next year’s budget and draft a funding request to the Illinois State Board of Education with a December 31 filing deadline. The 12 member panel will review consolidation and boundary changes as part of statewide education reform, with plans slated for public vote in 1987 and possible revision if defeated.
