Matteson Commons developers seek a tax increment financing plan with a 150 acre hotel and retail district from Vollmer Road to 205th Street and Cicero Avenue to Interstate 57. If buildings are constructed and permits sold by December 31, 2000, the developers receive 15.75 dollars per square foot. incentives end after 2000.

Richton Park Launches Child Safety Seat Loan Program
