Homewood businessman charged in counterfeit GUESS sale
Frank I. Suh, owner of Major Fashion in Homewood, was charged with unlawful sale of counterfeit trademark items after police and private investigators found about 400 clothing pieces bearing the GUESS label not produced by the company. He posted bail and was released. investigators noted counterfeit goods come from both domestic and overseas factories.
