Camp Helps Diabetic Kids Cope With Life
St. James Hospital and Health Centers and the South Suburban Service League sponsor five children to the ADA summer camp in Illinois this year. Participants include Jessica Rivera, Fernando Godinez, Kirk Tobolski, Heather Johnston, and Tiffany Stadt. Camp counselors teach coping skills, healthy choices, and balance food, activity, and insulin. over 100 campers participate weekly.
