Peter J. Cioni joined Richton Park as its first full-time planner. The Illinois native came from Pratt Kansas where he was a local associate planner for three regional groups and also served as acting planner in Manhattan Kansas. Cioni holds geography from Northern Illinois University and a master’s in community and regional planning from Kansas State University. He and wife Becky, a social studies teacher, have a 15 month old daughter Nicole.
