The planning commission unanimously recommended Phase IV of Creekside subdivision for Creekside single family homes with a review of five lot surveys before permits. Concerns centered on setbacks and side yards for irregular narrow front lots that widen at the rear. All homes must feature attached garages to resolve side driveway issues. Town and Country builder Tom Caveney agreed to the conditions. Creekside lies about a half mile north of Route 30 on Ridgeland Avenue, east of Woodgate.
