South Suburban College adopts stricter campus smoking policy
South Suburban College trustees approve a tighter smoking policy limiting designated areas to five at the main campus. The policy, driven by violations by staff and students, reduces smoking zones and allows a campus lounge and private offices with filtration products. It aims to balance rights and enforcement with non smoking programs and takes effect September 12.
