Hansen home evidence OK for trial in 1955 triple slayings
Cook County Judge Michael Toomin ruled prosecutors may use evidence seized from Kenneth Hansen's home in the 1955 slayings of three boys. The defense argued illegal entry and sought to exclude two address books and photographs. The case includes testimony plans about a mob connection and a key witness, William Wemette, with federal agency checks under consideration.
