Olympia Fields to nominate trustees for two vacant seats
Village President Richard Halpin said he will propose candidates to fill the two vacant trusteeships at the August 14 board meeting. Five resumes are under review with more possible. names will not be released yet. The plan includes Wysteria townhouse units on 21 acres near Joe Orr Road with 90 homes across four floor plans. The Plan Commission is to recommend the project Tuesday before final board action. Flooding concerns from Graymoor residents were addressed, subject to village engineer approval.
