Springfield Illinois Commerce Commission orders a 280500 dollar upgrade to Union Pacific Railroads dual main line crossing at Main Street Glenwood. Funding split: State 252440 Union Pacific 19245 Cook County 8700 Glenwood 1040. Project includes pre signals delays warnings and traffic signal modifications. Completion by November 2001 with maintenance by the railroad and local agencies.
