Jacob L. Fox, 79, died near Richville Thursday at 3 30 after being thrown from a wagon bed when a horse lurched while unloading apples to the Moke cider mill. Neck broken, death reportedly instantaneous. Survived by widow Mary Fox and six children Joseph, William, Emma, E B, Mrs. Ream, and Mrs. Shuck. funeral set for Saturday.
