Hills and Dales seeks transfer to Jackson Local
Hills and Dales residents moved to use a new state law to switch from Plain Local to Jackson Local School District for the 2020 2021 year. Petitioners filed 73 signatures and need at least 17 valid to advance. After verification the board will notify the village. Ballot could appear as early as March if a governing body approves the placement.

Sears to close Belden Village Mall store in January
