Library names military history section for Maj. Gen. Tim Padden
The Massillon Public Library honors late Maj. Gen. Maurice Cartwright Tim Padden by naming its military local history section for him. His widow Jan and daughter Col. Polly Padden joined library staff for a luncheon as stories of his humor, courage, and service were shared. The general died in 2015 and was buried at Arlington.
