Massillon Elects McKinley by Large Plurality in City and County

The Massillon vote gives Major McKinley a city plurality of 128 and a county margin of 122. McKinley carried Massillon and Perry township with record turnout and jubilee celebrations. In the city 1804 for McKinley to 1682 for Bryan. statewide shifts reflect Populist votes, with Coxey tallying 543 and Bucknell 272 in earlier counts.
