Fahs Will Probate Shifts Canton Massillon Estate
The will of the late David Fahs of Massillon was probated. Made in 1890 it bequeaths five acres of real estate and all personal property to son David H. Fahs. Remaining funds go to four brothers William John Jacob and Henry or their heirs, and to sister Clementine or her heirs. Executor named is John R Walters of West Brookfeld without bond. Also noted are shoe dealer Pierre Burckle who left with his brother-in-law Frank Beck from New York to Cleveland and refused to discuss. Grocers Association members will close shops at noon Decoration Day for the rest of the day.
