Wiseman Found Safe After Water Works Rescue in Canton
William Wiseman, missing since Wednesday, was located Thursday evening in a Canton boarding house and taken home after authorities found him weak but rational. He had traveled from Massillon to Cleveland seeking an operation, then returned to Canton and fell into a water works stream near the bridge. rescuers saved him and he was hospitalized briefly before being returned home.

Amphion Glee Society to Compete in Canton Eisteddfod
The Amphion Glee Society plans to join the Canton eisteddfod on July 4 in Ohio and Pennsylvania city competition. Its augmented chorus will total about one hundred singers with invited guests. First rehearsal for the enlarged chorus is Monday at 7 30 PM at Amphion Hall. Last year Massillon singers earned praise and urged continued participation. Amphions impressed judges despite a handicap.
