John Rodenberger, a railroad home guard for B. and O. and Wheeling and Lake Erie, left Massillon on Thursday to visit his sister Mrs. A Burg in Pittsburg. She is 78, had lost track of him, and requested a reunion after thirty eight years. He will be away several days.

He hanged himself in his sleeping ward shortly after breakfast, tearing bed sheets to form a noose. Attempts to revive him failed.
