Aston Guilty In Prize Fight Trial At Carrollton
Richard Aston of Ent Greenville was found guilty after a 23 hour jury deliberation following a trial that began Tuesday in Carrollton. The verdict, reported Friday at 4 pm, comes as Burns faces possible trial next week and Aston plans motions for a new trial or appeal. Mrs. Charles Bantz died at 9 am in West Tremont Street after a prolonged illness and tumor removals. Funeral is Monday at 1:30 pm.
