The VUbio Beneficial society formed last night at the A. O. U. W. hall with fifty two charter members. Elected officers include Past president Mrs Augusta Russell president J W Carns vice president Mrs Laura B Taylor secretary Miss Elta Bradley treasurer Dr A A Hallock marshal H Evans guard John Fromboltz trustees Ben Bechtel A F Sprankle Frank Schworm. The president will be a salaried officer.
The Ridgway Burton Company divers have returned to Cleveland and the firm will attempt to reduce mine water with pumping machinery. A board of trade meeting is set for Thursday at 7:30 in the mayor's court room, with full attendance urged. Anthony Howets, President, FE, A. Jones, Secretary.
