Mitchell, 43, was indicted in U S District Court on seven counts for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine fentanyl heroin crack cocaine and a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking after a Feb 12 traffic stop and subsequent searches. He faces nine felony charges including burglary, possession of crack cocaine, and multiple warrants for prior incidents, plus misdemeanors for resisting arrest and obstructing official business. He allegedly fired three shots at a person, led police on a high speed chase, and faced weapons charges from a March incident involving a stolen firearm and an attempted stop.
