Unveiled June 1 the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s new mascot joins veteran characters in Stark County. Pigskin became Visit Canton’s mascot in 1986 to promote family fun for travelers. His pig head remains iconic, while the third costume is being redesigned and will be less furry.
