Canton dated Jan 24 Peter Clemens ex Massillon files suit against Frank Rose saloon operator claiming 10000 in damages for personal injuries after a side door above a cellar was left open. Clemens says he exited via the side entrance and fell into the cellar injuring himself, while Rose allegedly knew of the danger and failed to warn him.
