The marriage of Miss Blakely to State Representative Robert A. Pollock of North Lawrence was held at the Blakely home in Doylestown at five o clock Wednesday evening. Rev Brown officiated before about 125 guests including Massillon Mayor Wise and officials. The bridal party included Eugenia Pollock as bridesmaid and Frank Norwood as best man. A reception followed and the couple planned a few days in Pittsburgh before returning to Massillon.

Fatally Burned Child After Playing With Fire
Pearl Teische six died Friday morning from severe burns received Thursday evening at home on Howells avenue west of the city limits. The six year old and three younger sisters were alone in a room when flames engulfed her. mother smothered the fire with a carpet and rolled the girl in snow before she died at seven. The cause appears to be a lit stick or paper at the stove.
