NeOhio teen crafts fame with customized football cleats
Jory Oakleaf, 17, Fairless High School junior, runs J's Custom Kicks on Facebook for airbrushed and brush detailing of football cleats and other shoes. His work gained national display when Detroit Lions players C. Moore and D. Virgin wore his camouflage cleats on Thanksgiving Day during a Lions Bears game. Oakleaf charges 160 to 250 dollars per pair, depending on detail, and plans to pursue a career in shoe customization.
