New York August 5 Japanese peace envoys moved from the yacht landing to Oyster Bay aboard the Tacoma and were greeted with an ambassadorial fifteen gun salute. Russian envoys M Witte and Baron Rosen left the landing at about 10 o clock and boarded the Chattanooga for transport, also receiving a fifteen gun salute.
