Brakeman James Paxton was killed in a Pennsylvania railroad yard accident when a wheel attached to a front brake broke. He was dragged under the car for about twenty feet and died at the station minutes later. Coroner McQuate ordered an inquest for next week amid grief from relatives and coworkers.
