Adams Husker Co receives a single order for 207 huskers from The Rumley Products Co of Laporte Indiana. The firm plans two car loads to Des Moines Kansas City Decatur Wichita and two car loads to each of Chicago St Louis Nashville Logansport Battle Creek and Richmond. Owner Samuel Benton suffered severe burns while trying to save contents estimated at a loss of about 9000 dollars with 6000 dollars insured.
