Fine Electric Plant to Complete in Weeks at Wittenberg

John Eckhof, former superintendent, visited Wittenberg for a talk as the new electric light and water plant being built there nears completion. The system will draw power from the Embarrass river two miles away, with a 125 horsepower force at low water. The village will see 18 arc lights and 1300 to 2090 small lights for business streets and the Indian school.

Marshfield and Grand Rapids dominate lot sales with distinct average prices around $724 to $734 per lot.
