Land owners around Auburndale and Arpin form the Mill Creek Creamery Club to exclude all hunters, except by permit, amid rising deer season trespass concerns. Marriage of Newkirchem Avery in LaCrosse Cathedral

The marriage of Muo v Avery of this city and Miss Lena Newkirchen of LaCrosse was solemnized at St. Joseph's cathedral in LaCrosse Tuesday morning at nine o'clock. Mr Avery, a popular young man, is employed by Johan Gund Brewing. The bride, an estimable young lady, is a great favorite among her associates. The couple will reside at Cherry and Fifth streets, where Mr Avery has prepared a home for his bride.

Christmas Cantata for Birth of Christ in City

Mr R S Dale plans a Christmas Cantata titled Birth of Christ to be staged Wednesday evening December 24th. About forty youths will perform with rehearsals starting next week under Methodist Sunday School auspices. Dale personally supervises parts to ensure success. A small fee will be charged to cover actual expenses.
