The Second Regiment Band hires Geo Bahr of West Point as new leader following Prof. A. P. Adams planned retirement. Bahr, a former first cornet and violinist at West Point, brings voyages with German bands and service in the German navy. The band seeks city appropriation renewal to fund a one year engagement.
Notice is hereby given that the building committee of school district No. 7 of Fremont Clark County will receive sealed bids up to June 1 1903 for building a school house in the village of Chili of said district.
